Av. Gasper - Family House
The client approached us to design potential family home, complete with a pool, on a plot of land they intend to sell. After discussions with a planner, we established potential design styles and the appropriate size for the house. Our approach involved utilizing a combination of stone, glass, and metal, accented with a white render. Stone serves as a prominent feature, complemented by a metal roof and large glass openings. We suggested substantial windows on the southern facade, equipped with timber vertical louvers for shade. The pool is also positioned on the southern side, while the northern elevation features minimal windows. Facing neighbouring properties, the western elevation lacks openings on the first floor. The property includes three parking spaces, a front garden, and a garden on the northern side.
