Flat in Cascais

This project involved a two-bedroom flat in a prime location in the center of Cascais, and the client was a real estate agent tasked with selling the property. The goal was to achieve a neutral, universally appealing look for the flat while creating an impression of luxury. To achieve this, the kitchen, living room, and dining room, originally separate areas, were seamlessly integrated to optimize the use of space. Additionally, I designed a new layout for the bathrooms and enhanced their overall appearance. I also provided a comprehensive building specification, along with an estimated building cost, to complete the project.
